Cremation only funeral without a ceremony in Hertfordshire
Cremation only funeral without a ceremony, also known as direct cremation, is different from a traditional funeral as there is no service nor is there anyone present at the cremation. Since the passing of David Bowie who chose this option we have seen an increase in demand for this service, and have therefore created the option.
The Bluebell Funeral
There is no service and no attendance of the family, or any other mourners
We choose the time, date and venue
This service must be paid in full before the event
It is possible to arrange this service over the phone and forms will be posted to the nearest of kin
The cremated remains can be delivered to the nearest of kin within 5 miles of our office Monday to Friday between 9.00 am and 5.00 pm
Includes:
Attending to the necessary arrangements
Provision of necessary bearing staff
Provision of a simple coffin
Transfer of your loved one from the place of death during office hours within 5 miles from our Funeral Home
Conveyance to the crematorium in a closed hearse from our funeral home
A convenient funeral day, time chosen by the company only
Excludes
Embalming
Viewing of your loved ones
Provision of a limousine
Any additional third party fees and disbursements
